NORTH West on Lake Muskoka : Muskoka Wedding Rehearsal Dining
Beautiful table set-up upon arrival at North West on Lake Muskoka for my client's wedding rehearsal dinner. They went the extra mile with the beautiful, but simple floral arrangements on the table.
On the weekend, I was invited after the ceremony by a SUPER INCREDIBLE couple to dine with them and get to know their immediate family at NORTH West on Lake Muskoka. Located about 10km out Hwy 169 from Gravenhurst, ON, it is a boathouse type building located at Pride West Marina. We took the boat over, parked and went inside to see our table. Robbie, the owner, went the extra mile for our mutual clients and dressed our tables with a few gorgeous floral arrangements! They were so happy! Service was great, Menu had something for everyone, and too many choices for my hungry eyes! Thought I would share our experience with photos and captions as you see here! Great place to celebrate or just escape for a nice night/afternoon out by boat or car. Now to check out NORTH in Gravenhurst! They did an excellent job catering this wedding on The Wenonah. My clients were THRILLED. I rarely eat at weddings because I don’t like sitting while working but I MADE time to sit and eat here. The Groom was so full that when talking about what they wanted for dinner today when I dropped off their wedding stuff, he rubbed his tummy and said he couldn’t even think of eating he was still full from yesterday! HA! Go check them out! Thanks Robbie! Your team (including the ships staff) were incredible. I hope everyone enjoys these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!

LOVED this! The look and feel of this restaurant located at Pride West Marina was very 'Muskoka' - It looks like a converted boathouse and we sit in the solarium/Muskoka room with these beautiful candles. Wood is everywhere!
The view from our table. Every table had a window seat if you were inside. There was a patio/deck off the side of the restaurant too! The windows pop out to let air in, with screens to keep mosquitoes OUT!
After A LOT of difficulty narrowing down my dinner choice from the menu, I decided on the New York Striploin with prawns and Caesar salad! I am totally checking out The Back Door in Gravenhurst though for those 'award winning fish n' chips' on the menu. I wanted to eat all of it!
My assistant had the club sandwhich with a Caesar salad, deciding how she was going to attack it because it was soooo big!
Mmmmm..... I'm surprised I paused long enough to take this photo! Homemade brownie dessert sundae! Soooo delicious! I made sure to send an empty plate photo to my bride (across the table titling it 'it WAS a chocolate brownie' - if you remember what they sent me from their last trip to NORTH)
I think this one was my favourite. Homemade apple pie with a slice of old cheddar cheese!
