My name is “Holly Matrimony” and I've been coordinating Muskoka weddings since 2005. I have been fortunate enough to work with couples from all over the world to make their Muskoka wedding happen and I'd love to be that person for you and yours.
Simply put
Together, at the itinerary meeting, after you've planned your wedding, we will assess what has been done, what is left to do and tackle it together. There is more information than you could possibly imagine that your wedding team will require from you and I'm going to pull it all together in one extremely comprehensive wedding day management package. Family and friends are located all over the place these days. You're going to love having me support you as your dedicated Wedding Coordinator leading up to and including the wedding day. I get to know the family and friendship dynamics and how you tick. When planning and coordinating a wedding, there is eventually a place where you can't go on this journey AND be the host of your day at the same time so let me travel there for you so you can truly be freed of day-of decision making and have fun!
When does the wedding management service start ?
Once your RSVP's come in, 8 weeks prior to your wedding, so that you and I can start dotting i's and crossing t's when it comes to your final guest list, seating plans, and master itinerary. The goal is to get you to purge all information and details so that the month of your wedding you can start to shift your focus and attention to things like final fittings, greeting out of town guests, getting pampered and just get excited because you know you’ve got the support you need - me!
How much does it cost?
I know how hard you worked (or are working) to stay true to your budget. Allocating part of those funds here would feel like you’ve done everything you could to ensure the day goes according to plan.
$2500 + HST (50% with signed agreement, 50% one week before the wedding rehearsal)
No limit on hours worked on the wedding day. Wedding management should be from start to finish!
No mileage fees for our ‘first date’, the itinerary meeting, the venue site visit, the wedding rehearsal or wedding day!
No accommodation required for weddings in Toronto or Muskoka for the rehearsal or wedding night.
